Marketing partners request varying numbers of rooms based on their contracts and budgets. The initial accommodations offered must be equitable in size, quality and location, based on the sponsorship levels and contractual commitments. По просьбе Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014» МОК предоставит Оргкомитету следующие дополнительные сервисы в области маркетинга:
• выполнение любых специальных маркетинговых проектов
по усмотрению Оргкомитета «Сочи-2014»;
• предоставление сервисов, являющихся дополнительными по отношению к базовым маркетинговым сервисам МОК или выходящими за рамки этих сервисов.

Sochi 2014 acknowledges and agrees that, in exceptional circumstances, the IOC may request the return of product or service categories, or part thereof, in order to conclude an agreement with a potential top partner or another international marketing partner and notwithstanding its earlier release, and Sochi 2014 agrees immediately to return such product or service categories to the IOC, provided that Sochi 2014 is not about to conclude negotiations for same with respect to the Sochi 2014 program.
